Our first operation was the one that marked the birth date of this project: a 3 September 2011 Visit Shipyards S. Hyacinth. One of the group members had already made a foray to the site and, that is why, not fully going into the unknown (when visiting a local abandoned there is always the risk of returning home a little empty-handed, namely, that that photography).
Our first goal was to join us from time to time to fotografarmos and we exchange some ideas about photography, then came the curiosity to know more about these spectacular places and stories that left us to discover. Hence the site was a logical leap, which has been in bringing very interesting shares.
We feel that, somehow, can help not let die the memories stored in places that once had his life, its splendor and its usefulness, and who for various reasons have reached the state they are in today.
The us gives us a tremendous joy to these photographic records and power, at the same time, write something about it so that others can learn. This does not mean that our desire go through the growing existence of vacant buildings (bet doctors also liked to have fewer patients), but if there exist, we are here to explore!
For our part we hope will be a site to the liking of those who are here to see our work.
